The service is good once you're actually in the surgery unless the doctors are running late and there's a long wait. That is if you can even get an appointment as thd line is always busy when you try go ring for one.

I went for an appointment today I was seen by Dr. Claire Murphy she made me feel like a individual, she did not rush like some other Doctors usually do. She took the time to understand my symptoms, I felt that she care about what i came to see her about. I am externally please with the care I receive today from Dr Murphy. We need more GPs like her. I would 100% recommend her for award

doctors are good when you get to see them although always running late, some are absolutely brilliant and the clinical care is without a fault, otherwise trying to get an appointment via telephone or face to face is almost impossible, receptionist are not very polite and most times quite unkind.

My understanding of the Patient Access web site for Eagle House Surgery was to be able to communicate on line for non urgent information and repeat prescriptions to save time for surgery staff and myself visiting the surgery. I find that my latest prescription issued in December 2015 cannot be requested on line. I also cannot request this repeat prescription when logged into the secure web site by adding to the list. I find this strange that irregular medicines previously authorized by a Doctor/Registered Nurse cannot be requested. The second question on the list below is confusing as the Heading, ''great, keep going'', does not describe what is required.

It is almost impossible to get through by phone, by the time you get through all appointments are gone. I had to go to hosiptal instead. They need more staff answering the phones. The Doctors I have seen are mostly good. A couple of them I wouldn't see again. all the nurses I have seen have been great no problems there. Receptionists are helpful and patient.
